The tight-fitting staves make a beautiful curved and well-balanced board that can be used for serving or for decoration. The serving surface is finished with a food grade mineral oil and beeswax cream to seal and protect the board from drying, bleaching, and cracking. The oil also enhances the red wine stains on the inside of the staves. A wine barrel cradle can also be purchased to hold your serving board just above the table at the perfect serving height. You can keep your board on the cradle or lift the board and carry it around to your guests!
Hand-wash only, retreat as needed with mineral oil.
Specifications: Serving boards are available in approximately 8", 10", and 12" widths. Length will be approximately 21" long unless otherwise requested. Actual measurements may vary depending on the staves used. The optional cradle measures approximately 10" by 14" and can be used for all sizes of serving boards!
